Rock The Week

Fashion related (and totally non-fashion related) things that have made my world go round over the last seven days…

Rock The Week - Topshop Unique at LFW

  • High brow. The blog has been a tad neglected this week becuase I’ve been a very social butterfly, attending not one but two plays (at Bristol’s Old Vic theatre and at the Tobacco Factory), going for post-work coffee and scoping out some of Bristol’s newest shops. On the plus side this means there will be plenty of new content on the blog over the next few weeks, Scout’s honour.
  • Bristol Doors Open Day. Once a year some of the city’s most interesting buildings and institutions open their doors to the public for free, and so yesterday I took full advantage of this by going to the RWA yesterday. The RWA is an art gallery that has stood at the top of Clifton Triangle for over 150 years and is one of the best places in Bristol to see new and established talent in disciplines such as oil painting, sculpture and even graffiti.
  • LFW coverage. Let me rephrase; LFW coverage from the comfort of my own home. On a rainy weekend like this one it’s been nice looking at street style posts, scrolling through my Twitter feed and streaming shows without having to move from the sofa – Sunday afternoon bliss!

It really is! I think they do something similar in London too – no sure about other cities but it wouldn’t surprise me :)
