♥ I completed the Whole30 and had a total mind shift in the way I think about food
♥ My bike was stolen
♥ Mama & Papa Ship-Shape (plus several of our friends) came to visit us
♥ I finally ran across the Golden Gate Bridge in the Women’s Health 10k
♥ We celebrated 10 years together
♥ We flew to LA and met Ian McKellen at the (sort of) Oscars
♥ We went back to the UK for Christmas/New Years and it was utterly wonderful
♥ I bought a new bike and I bloody love it
♥ I visited friends in Utah and fell in love with the National Parks there
♥ We’ve planned trips been to New York and Palm Springs

Yep – we were lucky enough to attend an Oscars-related event called the Governor’s Awards in LA with Mr Ship-Shape’s work. Met Ian McKellen and tried not to drool over the likes of Cate Blanchett, Laura Liney, Will Smith and Johnny Depp.
