Autumn/Winter 2012 is finally here and to celebrate a new season McArthurGlen Swindon is taking part in Designer Outlet Fashion Month – and you’re invited to join in the fun. This Saturday (29th September) the designer outlet will be hosting it’s very own Style Day, and Ship-Shape will be there to chat fashion, trends and shopping secrets.
Designer Outlet Fashion Month has already seen events take place at outlets across the country, including McArthurGlen outlets in York, Ashford and Bridgend. Not to be outdone, Swindon’s Style Day promises nail bars, a champagne bar, competitions and plenty of special offers. Shoppers can also walk away with one of these gorgeous limited edition totes, designed by Holly Fulton.
I’ll be displaying some of my favourite pieces from the season, but until then, here’s a sneak peak of some of the designer bargains on my wish list…
The Boots
I’m itching to buy some new ankle boots and I love this pair by Kurt Keiger. Usually £180, this pair would cost a mere £59 at the outlet. If I thought I could walk in these heels I’d definitely grab a pair on Saturday.
The Jumper
I want a chunky knit jumper that can be dressed up or dressed down and this M&S piece does just that. Other trends for knitwear this season include sleeveless kints and lace details. This jumper can be picked up from M&S Outlet at Swindon for £17.50, instead of the usual £35.
The Jacket
A little bit Chanel, a little bit military and a little bit equestrian, I love this cream jacket by Ted Baker. The jacket, with chocolate brown leather details, would usually set you back £169 but at McArthurGlen Swindon it costs £109.
As well as all these gems there will also be a 10% discount across the store. See you there?
